About the Opportunity
We are launching a new, independently owned ABA practice serving families throughout the Sammamish, Issaquah, Snoqualmie, and surrounding Eastside communities.
The company is established and ready to begin the credentialing process. We plan to offer in-home ABA, telehealth, parent training, and community-based services, with center-based services added as the organization grows.
We are seeking an experienced Senior BCBA / Clinical Supervisor who can provide excellent clinical care, supervise RBTs and CBTs, and help build strong clinical systems from the ground up.
This role offers meaningful input into clinical programs, hiring, training, operations, and organizational culture. The selected candidate will also have an opportunity to grow into a Clinical Director position based on performance, leadership ability, organizational growth, and mutual fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide BCBA services and caregiver training
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate RBTs and CBTs
- Monitor client progress, documentation, and treatment quality
- Help recruit, onboard, and train clinical team members
- Develop clinical procedures, training standards, and quality systems
- Collaborate with families, schools, pediatricians, and referral partners
- Partner directly with ownership on clinical operations and growth
QualificationsRequired
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Washington State LBA license or eligibility to obtain it
- At least three years of post-certification BCBA experience
- At least one year of experience supervising RBTs or CBTs
- Experience with in-home, telehealth, community-based, or center-based ABA services
- Strong clinical, leadership, and family communication skills
Preferred
- Experience as a Lead BCBA, Clinical Supervisor, or similar clinical leader
- Knowledge of Washington insurance-funded ABA services
- Experience developing RBT training and supervision systems
- Familiarity with CentralReach or similar practice-management software
- Interest in helping build and grow a new ABA organization
About the Ownership Team
Our ownership team brings more than 25 years of business and people-leadership experience, local healthcare-practice ownership, and expertise in healthcare recruiting, credentialing, billing, compliance, and operations.
Ownership will lead the business and administrative functions while partnering closely with the Senior BCBA to build a high-quality clinical program.
Compensation
Base salary: $105,000–$125,000 per year, depending on experience.
