Position: Assistant Community Manager for Carolina Point – Greenville, SC
Role Overview
As the Assistant Community Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of Carolina Point, a 346-apartment-home community in Greenville, SC. This role requires strong leadership, leasing, administrative, and resident-relations skills. Key responsibilities include assisting with leasing performance, outreach marketing, financial management, resident satisfaction, and overall community operations to help drive performance and profitability.
Hourly pay rate + monthly commission + quarterly bonus + $500.00 per month Team Member Management Rent Discount for live-on (if desired) + paid training + health/dental/vision insurance + 401Kmatching + fun events.
Key Responsibilities

Meet monthly leasing goals and maintain a conversion ratio that aligns with CRC policy and expectations.

Track and report weekly traffic trends, leasing objections, and market feedback to support pricing recommendations.

Coach and develop a team of two Leasing Specialists, including holding bi-weekly meetings to review progress and goals.

Manage delinquency through timely and consistent communication with current and former residents.

Collect and promptly post resident payments.

Inspect apartments at move-out, assess damages, and prepare SLOCs (Standard Lists of Charges).

Ensure make-ready units are completed on time and maintained in good condition to deliver a quality product.

Address and resolve resident issues, escalating concerns to the Community Manager when appropriate.

Assist with renewals to support budgeted retention goals.

Support renter’s insurance compliance in accordance with CRC policy and expectations.

Inspect the community daily to ensure curb appeal standards are met.
Key Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of Multifamily experience

Previous management/ supervisory experience a plus

Yardi experience preferred

Strong communication skills

Must be willing to work one Saturday per month while still enjoying a 40-hour work week. Additional Saturdays may be required if needed.

Strong leasing background with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed a 35% conversion ratio.

Experience with renewals, delinquency management, administrative processes, and resident relations.

Strong organizational skills, follow-up, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
