About the Role
Imperia Caviar is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Operations Supervisor to lead our fast-paced fulfillment and kitchen operations. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence across packing, receiving, shipping, inventory control, purchasing, and order management.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a high sense of urgency, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining order accuracy, protecting wholesale accounts, and ensuring timely and efficient execution across all production lines.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Order Fulfillment
- Supervise daily packing, receiving, shipping, and order expediting operations
- Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of retail, wholesale, and multi-channel orders
- Manage multiple production lines while maintaining efficiency and workflow balance
- Maintain high order accuracy with minimal errors across all shipments
- Ensure strict adherence to shipping deadlines and customer requirements
- Monitor order flow and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays or mistakes
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency in all operational activities
Inventory, Purchasing & Stock Control
- Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock organization
- Maintain proper FIFO rotation and inventory control systems
- Assist with purchasing of packaging materials and operational supplies
- Track incoming shipments and ensure proper receiving procedures
- Prevent stock shortages and ensure availability for continuous production
Wholesale & Customer Order Accuracy
- Ensure all wholesale orders are fulfilled with precision and attention to detail
- Protect key wholesale accounts through consistent accuracy and reliability
- Verify order specifications across multiple product lines and customer requirements
- Reduce order errors that impact customer satisfaction and business retention
Food Safety & Compliance
- Maintain and complete all HACCP logs and food safety documentation
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, handling, and traceability standards
- Monitor receiving logs, temperature records, and cleaning procedures
- Support audits and maintain organized compliance documentation
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, direct, and support team members in a fast-paced environment
- Move and assign staff efficiently to meet production priorities
- Train and coach employees on SOPs, accuracy, and productivity standards
- Drive accountability, urgency, and high-performance execution
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and operational excellence
Reporting & Administration
- Use Excel and operational tools to track inventory, productivity, and orders
- Maintain accurate records of shipping, receiving, and production activity
- Identify inefficiencies and support process improvements
- Communicate operational issues clearly to management
Key Skills & Requirements

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
