Job Title: Contract psychotherapist
Location: Orange Park, FL (In-Person/Hybrid)

Reports To: Clinical Director/Practice Owner
Compensation: Per Session Rate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Contract Psychotherapist to join our small private practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and/or families. This is an independent contractor role that offers you a relaxing schedule while receiving administrative and clinical support from the practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients.
- Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.
- Participate in case consultations or team meetings as needed.
- Adhere to HIPAA and professional ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., psychiatrists, medical providers) as needed.
- Maintain active licensure and fulfill continuing education requirements, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Provisionally licensed Mental Health Counselor/Marriage and Family Therapist in Fl.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (preferred but not required).
- Have an understanding in true cultural compentency
- Experience in trauma (preferred), anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR), specifically GWS is a plus.
