Pay: $35 - $40/hour based on experience

As an RN at Charming Lakes Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, resident safety, and nursing excellence.
Evaluate and oversee daily nursing operations within the facility
Ensure nursing staff compliance with state regulations and facility policies
Participate in facility surveys, inspections, and audits
Conduct daily rounds to maintain quality standards of resident care
Address resident concerns and promptly report complaints or grievances
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support positive resident outcomes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Accurately document resident care and clinical updates
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
