Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and storage guidelines.
- Support catering events and special functions with meal preparation and serving assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils to uphold health department standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service.
- Assist with food inventory management, including receiving deliveries and rotating stock.
Experience
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service within the food industry.
- Familiarity with menu planning, food safety protocols, and catering operations.
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and best practices for maintaining a safe kitchen environment.

Pay: $9.00 - $19.00 per hour
