Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. In this role, you will create an inclusive, nurturing environment that fosters the developmental growth of young children with diverse learning needs.
Duties
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that align with individual Education Plans (IEPs) and promote early childhood development.
- Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children with disabilities.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Facilitate early intervention programs and provide guidance on childhood development best practices.
- Maintain detailed documentation of child progress, behavior management strategies, and communication with families regarding IEP goals and child welfare.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Valid teaching certification/license for early childhood or special education.
- Proven classroom experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques, including behavioral therapy strategies.

Pay: $43.81 - $48.67 per hour
