Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of food items
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as directed
- Assist with food storage and organization to maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations during events
Experience:
- Previous experience as a lead cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
