**KAUAI JUICE CO - Grab & Go Kitchen Chef (Lihue)**
**$25-$30/hr based on experience**
**Part-Time | 2-3 days/week** 10:30am-6:30pm
**Location: Lihue Warehouse**
Kauai Juice Co is looking for a positive, reliable, and hardworking **Grab & Go Kitchen Chef** to join our team!
This is a hands-on kitchen role focused on creating our fresh grab-and-go foods, sauces, dressings, and prepared products. If you enjoy working with quality ingredients and being part of a fun, fast-paced team, we’d love to meet you!
**Responsibilities:**
- Preparing grab-and-go foods and ready-to-eat products
- Food prep including vegetables, fruits, proteins, sauces & dressings
- Following recipes and quality standards
- Operating kitchen equipment including ovens, burners, and blenders
- Packaging, labeling, and organizing products
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
**We’re looking for someone who:**
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Works well independently and with a team
- Has great attention to detail and organization
- Can lift 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
- Understands food safety and kitchen cleanliness
**Preferred:** Culinary, line cook, or kitchen experience
