The Firm
Horgan Law LLC is a boutique Omaha firm serving businesses, families, and institutions across Nebraska and Iowa. Our practice spans business and transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation, insurance defense, family law, estate planning, real estate, and NIL and sports law. We are small by design. Our attorneys carry real responsibility, work directly with the people who own the problems we solve, and are not buried under layers of review.
The Position
We are hiring a Senior Attorney to manage a substantive caseload, own client relationships outright, and supervise the work of our associates. This is a leadership position, not a staffing addition.
