LBM Specialists must be knowledgeable of plant identification This role requires a detail-oriented and technical individual with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving along with strong customer service
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent account management and customer service to a territory consisting of all LBM customers
- Conducting thorough assessments of the plant material and diagnose and deliver solutions customized for each client based on budget, expectations and environmental factors.
- Work closely with a team to ensure efficient operations, while also having the autonomy to work independently.
- Take care of client properties with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Interact with clients daily in a timely manner, effectively communicating the process, expectations of services needed, services performed, and recommendations for other High Caliber services required on their property.
- Equipment operation- Hedge/string trimmers, Blowers,Pole saw
- Look for opportunities for any other services and relay issues to customer
- Snow & Ice Removal
Qualifications:
- Self motivated and driven mindset
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- 2+ years of experience in the green industry
- Applicators license
- Valid DL
- Ability to obtain a DOT certification
- Ability to lift 50+lbs
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of horticulture.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
