Successful Branch Sales Specialists are often promoted into Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager positions.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of building construction is preferred
- Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus
- Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight
- Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative
- Sales experience is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Great customer service skills
Compensation/Benefits
- Competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus & incentive plans ($65,000 to $200,000+ income achievable for above average performers)
