Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Administrative Clerk to provide administrative support by coordinating schedules, performing data entry, managing communications, and maintaining documentation to ensure smooth daily department operations. This role is also responsible for scanning and organizing shipping and receiving documentation in shared drive systems.
Job Description

Order Processing & Documentation: Prepare and print shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading (BOL), and customs/international paperwork

Confirm shipments in the ERP system (e.g., JDE) and scan daily shipments into the Doc Scan System
-
Prepare orders by processing requests and placing orders in the shipping area

Provide quality service by following organizational standards

Preserve a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat
-
Run the Hubble report for Ship Not Invoiced (SNI) and follow up with Billing to ensure invoices are processed

Maintain a clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Utilize safe work habits

Perform other work-related tasks as assigned

Comply with all company policies and procedures
Skills Required
-
At least 2 years of administrative experience

Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment (preferred)

Computer proficiency required - data entry skills

Inventory control & equipment maintenance

Must be adaptable to learn new computer systems

Ability to apply common sense and follow detailed written and verbal instructions

Strong interpersonal, decision-making, conflict resolution, and coaching skills

Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Education/Training/Certifications

High school diploma or GED
Additional Requirements

Must be able to pass drug screen & criminal background check

Shift Hours: Mon to Fri, 7:00am – 3:30pm; No OT expected

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing/factory environment with varying temperature conditions.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and sit for up to 8 hours per day

Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the workday
Pay Rate/Salary
-
$23.58 - $29.87/hr. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors
