We are seeking a part-time Office Administrator who is eager to make a meaningful impact in a our healthcare practice. This position extends beyond front desk responsibilities. It offers opportunities to contribute to clinic operations, patient engagement, marketing, and business development. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and excited to develop skills in healthcare administration, customer service, and small business operations.
As an Office Administrator, you will:
- Support the daily operations of the clinic to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records, schedule appointments, and coordinate client communications.
- Process payments, including credit card, cash, and check transactions.
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and office environment.
- Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Learn the fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to confidently answer common patient questions and educate clients about our services.
- Support clinic marketing, community outreach, and business development initiatives as opportunities arise.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to improve office efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning and using new technology and office software.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Passion for helping others and creating an exceptional patient experience.
Preferred
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, reception, or administrative roles.
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Interest in holistic health, wellness, or Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- Experience with scheduling software or electronic health records (not required; training provided).

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
