Responsibilities
- Perform luxury Japanese Head Spa treatments
- Provide personalized scalp and hair consultations
- Recommend professional home care products
- Create a calming, five-star experience for every guest
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Cosmetology or Esthetician license
- Experience with scalp treatments, shampoo services, facials, massage, or spa services is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and team player
- Passion for wellness, self-care, and luxury guest experiences
