Do you love coffee, people, and starting your day with good vibes? We’re on the hunt for a Front of House team member who can juggle lattes, laughs, and the occasional cookie tray—all while keeping our café buzzing with positive energy.
What You’ll Do
- Show up on time, looking sharp, and ready to rock your shift
- Be the smiling face that makes our customers’ day
- Brew up batches of coffee, iced tea, and cold brew magic
- Craft espresso drinks, teas, and chai with flair (latte art = bonus points)
- Take food & drink orders in our fast-paced breakfast + lunch scene
- Keep our bakery cases full, fresh, and totally irresistible
- Restock, tidy, and keep the front sparkling clean + organized
- Handle opening, closing, and daily side work like a pro
- Follow food safety + sanitation practices (we like things clean, not scary)
- Wash dishes/airpots with efficiency (and maybe a little music)
- Bag up wholesale + retail coffee for our loyal caffeine fans
- Bake cookies now and then—because happiness smells like fresh cookies
The Perks
- Pay: $18–$21/hr w/ tips

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of barista experience? Awesome—but not a dealbreaker
- A multitasking master with serious attention to detail
- Someone who loves people and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A good sense of humor (because coffee + community = laughs)
- Passion for the job and pride in great service

Our roots run deep in the White Mountains. Our crew isn’t just behind the counter — we’re out on the ski slopes, hiking trails, and tucked-away swimming holes. We love to trade trail tips, ski run secrets, and local finds with anyone who comes through the door.
