Description:
Midwest Aerospace Casting is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead and support production operations while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and employee development goals are achieved.
Shift Schedule

Permanent 3rd Shift: 8:30 PM – 4:30AM

20% Shift Differential

Training Requirement: Candidates must be willing to train on 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) for approximately 2–3 months, or as needed, before transitioning to the permanent 3rd Shift schedule.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on 3rd shift.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.

Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet customer requirements.

Coach, train, and develop employees to maximize performance and engagement.

Address employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments to resolve production concerns.

Track and report production metrics, attendance, and shift performance.

Promote continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Qualifications
-
Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience required.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Experience with aerospace, foundry, metal casting, or similar manufacturing operations preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
