Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Services Associate, located in Corpus Christi, TX. The Client Services Associate will support our clients and help ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include assisting with financial transactions, maintaining client records, scheduling and coordinating appointments, and supporting other team members in providing efficient and professional service. The role requires excellent communication, a customer-oriented mindset, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person, providing prompt, courteous, and professional service
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and follow-up communications for the Financial Advisor
- Prepare, process, and track client paperwork while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance standards
- Coordinate office operations, including document management, correspondence, and internal workflows
- Assist with client onboarding, account maintenance, and service requests
- Identify issues, resolve routine problems independently, and escalate complex matters as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in Client Services, Customer Support, and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge or interest in Finance and financial services
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Corpus Christi, TX
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance preferred

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
