Summary
We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our committed team at Extended Care Hospital of Westminster. In this role, you will provide essential support to our nursing staff and assist residents with daily activities, contributing to their overall well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Provide compassionate support and companionship to residents.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
- Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
- Participate in the implementation of care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Experience in patient service or caregiving preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Compassionate nature with a desire to help others.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is essential.
