We are seeking an ECommerce Assistant to join our growing team that handles several e-commerce parts stores. As an ECommerce Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our ECommerce operation in managing and optimizing our online store, fulfilling orders in a timely manner, managing inventory levels, and assisting in marketing and sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing and updating our online stores
- Help optimize our online store for sales, including product listings, pricing, and promotions
- Process orders and manage inventory levels
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that our online store is aligned with our company’s goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with ECommerce trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Reliable and positive attitude is a must!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using ECommerce platforms, such as Shopify
- Experience in the retail industry is preferred but not required
