As an Installation Technician your job will be to provide a quality experience for the customer with promptness, attention to detail, and excellent workmanship.
What You'll Do
- Install and service skylights, daylighting systems, attic ventilation systems and other related home improvement products.
- Perform roof and attic work safely and professionally.
- Interact with homeowners in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Assist with loading materials and preparing jobs.
- Complete installations according to company standards.
Ideal Experience
- Roofing or other construction work like window or gutter installation
- Drywall repair
- General construction
Training will be provided on our specific products and installation methods.
Requirements:
- Valid State Driver's Licence and reliable transportation
- Lift and move up to 75 lb.
- Ability to safely climb ladders and work on roofs
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient use of mobile technology (iPad)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and punctual attendance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Interested? We provide all training and tools necessary for you to succeed as an Installation Technician. A majority of the work consists of installing and/or replacing skylights and attic ventilation fans. You will be assigned jobs each day to complete at residential homes. At the completion of your work, you will be responsible for closing out the work order with the customer and collecting payment. All jobs are prescheduled by our inside sales team- you will never be asked to knock on doors or make cold calls to set your own appointments. We work as a team to provide friendly and professional service to our customers and strive toward the mutual success of the company.
