We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various projects, events, and day-to-day activities.
Duties
- Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in event planning and project coordination to ensure successful execution of company initiatives.
- Maintain office management tasks, including filing, data entry, and clerical duties.
- Handle phone etiquette with professionalism while managing multi-line phone systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, proofreading, transcription, and data management.
- Manage bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Serve as a personal assistant by supporting executives with daily tasks and special projects.
- Ensure effective communication across departments to facilitate workflow and project completion.
- Maintain organized records and files to ensure easy access to information when needed.
Experience
- Proven administrative experience in an office environment is essential.
- Familiarity with executive administrative support functions is required.
- Experience in event planning or project coordination is a plus.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience with DocuSign for document management is desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
