As a Registered Nurse at Carmel Hills Wellness & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional resident care and supporting positive clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing assistants and support staff
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records
Collaborate with therapists, physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment for residents
Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain
Strong communication, leadership, and clinical assessment skills
Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute Care experience preferred but not required
New Graduate RNs are encouraged to apply
