We are seeking a driven and customer-focused HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for meeting with homeowners, assessing comfort needs, designing customized heating and cooling solutions, and closing high-value residential HVAC projects.
The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and motivated by performance-based earnings. You will be provided with qualified leads and are expected to deliver a professional in-home sales experience from consultation to signed agreement.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers

Evaluate existing HVAC systems and identify replacement or upgrade opportunities

Perform load calculations and recommend properly sized systems

Present financing options and explain rebates or promotions

Build trust and educate homeowners on energy efficiency and long-term savings

Close sales and accurately document contracts

Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project completion

Maintain follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals

Qualifications:
Prior HVAC, in-home sales, or home improvement sales experience preferred
