About the Role
Worldwide Sourcing Group is seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing & Web Manager to oversee our online presence, company websites, digital marketing initiatives, and email campaigns. This position is ideal for an individual with strong WordPress experience, graphic design skills, and a passion for creating impactful digital marketing strategies.
This role will be based exclusively in our Gardena, California office. Applicants must be available to work on-site.
Key Responsibilities Website Management

Design, develop, and maintain multiple company websites using WordPress.

Ensure websites are functional, visually appealing, and aligned with company branding.

Monitor website performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Digital Marketing

Create engaging and brand-consistent digital content.

Manage and optimize nationwide Google Business Listings.

Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.

Analyze website and marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Email Marketing

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact.

Design newsletters and promotional email content.

Manage email lists, segmentation, and campaign analytics.

Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.
Creative Development

Design graphics and marketing materials for websites and digital campaigns.

Maintain brand consistency across all online platforms.

Stay current on emerging trends in web design, SEO, and digital marketing.
Qualifications Required

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Development, or a related field.

Proven experience managing WordPress websites.

Experience with graphic design and digital content creation.

Hands-on experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.

Experience using Google Analytics and website performance tracking tools.
