Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market research to attract potential buyers and tenants
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to ensure favorable outcomes for clients
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns utilizing digital platforms, social media, and traditional methods to maximize property exposure
- Maintain comprehensive records of transactions, client communications, and property listings in accordance with real estate regulations
- Stay informed about Fair Housing regulations, local laws, and industry best practices to ensure compliance at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and maintaining clear communication throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Valid NYS Real Estate Salesperson license in good standing will be required to start
- Proven experience in real estate sales or administrative roles within the property sector preferred but not required
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual a plus)
- Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management practices
- Demonstrated marketing expertise with a focus on digital outreach and social media promotion
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple client files and transactions
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
