Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards
- Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives
- Manage shift schedules, ensuring proper staffing levels for optimal service delivery
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing food and beverage stock levels
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food handling and sanitation
- Assist in managing budgets, analyzing profit and loss statements, and implementing cost-control measures
- Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, culinary standards, and special event catering or banquet services
Experience
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a minimum of two years in a supervisory or assistant manager role
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting
- Experience in inventory control, food safety management, and budget oversight within the food industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through training, supervision, and performance management
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles with a focus on customer service excellence
- Prior experience managing casual dining or fine dining establishments is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage staff shifts, conduct interviews, and foster teamwork
- Basic math skills for cash handling, P&L analysis, and inventory calculations
