In this role, you won't be sitting behind a desk making cold calls. Instead, you will spend your days cruising around our local service area, visiting local businesses, and building genuine relationships. Your main goal is to "make friends" with insurance agents, realtors, plumbers, and roofers to establish strong referral partnerships. Plus, you will bridge the gap between our field operations and our online presence by capturing quick content for our digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Community Outreach: Drive within our service area to make daily in-person stops at local businesses.
- Relationship Building: Network and build rapport with insurance companies, realtors, plumbers, and roofers.
- Brand Representation: Educate potential partners on our services in a friendly, non-aggressive way.
- Content Creation: Snap photos, record quick videos, and gather field updates to send to our digital marketing agency for social media posts.
- Lead Tracking: Keep a simple log of the businesses visited and relationships formed.
Requirements
- People Person: Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record to operate the company vehicle.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your daily driving route effectively.
- Social Media Savvy: Comfortable taking quality smartphone photos and videos for marketing purposes.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or brand ambassador roles is a plus (but we will train the right personality!).
