Bon Vivant Custom Woodworking is a leader in ultra high-end architectural millwork, specializing in the drafting, fabrication, and installation of fully custom interiors for South Florida’s most prestigious residences and boutique commercial spaces.
We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to oversee large-scale, intense millwork packages from contract through installation. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring technical precision, urgency, and poise.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client liaison, providing exceptional communication and responsiveness to architects, designers, and general contractors.
- Lead with urgency, accountability, and focus to ensure all project milestones are met.
- Be involved in all necessary aspects of a project to ensure its successful execution, while exercising judgment to appropriately delegate tasks.
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end custom millwork or luxury residential construction, with strong leadership, organization, and client management skills.
· Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and ERP/project management systems. Innergy is a big plus; strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, finishes, and fabrication methods.
· Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills; degree not required—proven results and expertise valued above all.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary is negotiable based on experience and capability. A significant portion of total compensation is performance-based and reflected in bonus pay tied to project success and client satisfaction.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
