What you'll do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments to build individualized treatment plans
- Develop, monitor, and adjust behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs using ongoing data analysis
- Train and supervise RBTs and behavior technicians, ensuring high-quality, consistent implementation
- Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and other providers for carryover across settings
- Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and HIPAA
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
What you'll bring:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) where applicable
- Experience serving children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong grounding in ABA principles, assessment, and data-driven decision-making
- A collaborative, family-centered approach and clear communication with diverse audiences
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
