Working closely with physicians, care team partners, residents, and family members.
Qualified candidates should have a valid LPN license and relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and ability to navigate electronic health record systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and team members.
