Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively on a construction site.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including but not limited to:
- - Utility Construction, setting poles, laying cable, placing conduit etc.
- Perform general labor duties such as:
- Loading and unloading materials - Cleaning job sites to maintain a safe working environment -
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal and team safety on the job siteSkills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
- Excellent physical stamina to handle the demands of manual labor
