Duties

- Manage social media accounts by sharing event updates, product highlights, and engaging content to boost online presence
- Build rapport with customers through friendly communication, active listening, and personalized service
- Assist in organizing and executing event marketing activities that generate buzz and attract foot traffic
- Promote brand awareness by representing the company professionally at all times during interactions
Experience
- Previous food service experience or in-person customer service roles is highly valued for understanding customer needs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience managing social media platforms or creating engaging content is preferred
- Knowledge of retail store product lines or familiarity with branding strategies enhances effectiveness in the role
- Technical proficiency with smartphones, tablets, or other devices used for data collection and social media management
- Ability to handle sales objections gracefully while maintaining a positive attitude
- Comfortable speaking publicly and demonstrating products confidently in front of groups or at events
