Job Description:
As a Fence Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of fencing, including wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, and more. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor environments.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair fences according to specifications and company standards
- Measure and layout fence lines accurately
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites
- Operate power tools and equipment safely
- Drive company vehicle with attached trailers to various job locations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of fence installation experience (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
- Ability to safely drive with attached trailers (required)
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop/job sites
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
