Position Overview:
As a Landscape Foreman/Crew leader, you will be responsible for overseeing lawn and landscape maintenance in Berlin, MD. This includes managing crews, coordinating materials and equipment, communicating with clients, and ensuring all work meets our high standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage labor and materials efficiently to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of maintenance contracts
- Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities for assigned projects
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication and responsiveness
- Conduct end-of-day job inspections to ensure quality control and proactively address any issues with clients
- Ensure assigned company vehicles and landscaping equipment are kept in excellent working condition
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance or crew management (2+ years preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and client satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
