Position Summary:
As a Client Benefits Specialist, you'll work directly with individuals who are exploring their health insurance options. You'll help clients understand available plans, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process. We provide training and licensing support, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a rewarding new career.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with prospective clients regarding their health insurance needs.
- Explain available coverage options and assist clients in selecting appropriate plans.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM platform.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- No previous insurance experience required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with computers and CRM software.
- Willingness to obtain a state health insurance license (training provided).
