Unlike traditional limo companies with inconsistent bookings, our drivers stay consistently busy thanks to steady rides from the Uber Black platform plus our growing book of VIP repeat clients.
This is a true career opportunity for polished, experienced drivers—not a side gig.
Compensation & Stability:
- Total earnings potential up to $70,000 annually (commissions + tips+monthly bonus)
- $4,000/month guarantee for the first 180 days to ensure steady income during ramp-up
- All tips and platform commissions stay 100% yours on top of base/guarantee
- Retention Bonuses: $500 paid after 90 days+ $750 after 6 months of active service + another $750 after 12 months (for drivers maintaining full availability, clean record, and strong performance).
Requirements (Must-Have – No Exceptions):
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3+ years; we check MVR)
- 1+ years professional driving experience (chauffeur, executive transport, Uber Black, or equivalent strongly preferred)
- Full availability 7 days/week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (occasional days off based on scheduling—no fixed restrictions accommodated)
- Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to/from HQ
- Pass a drug screening
- Must pass criminal background check. Felony convictions are disqualifying (required by Sky Harbor Airport and Uber).
What You’ll Do:
- Provide safe, discreet, luxury transportation in late-model high-end vehicles
- Handle Uber Black rides plus direct bookings with executive and VIP clients
- Build ongoing client relationships for repeat business and higher earnings
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness
