Job description: We are a local, family owned, small business that cares deeply about helping other families create a safe environment in their home or in the home of their loved ones. We do that by responding quickly, telling the truth, following through and being well trained on the equipment we support. In short, we sell, install and maintain safety equipment in the home. The core of our business is selling, servicing, installing and renting great quality stairlifts, wheelchair ramps, grab bars, elevator style lifts and other lifts or safety devices for the home.
What does Winning Look Like:
- Accurately accept deliveries of durable medical equipment (DME) for our customers
- Inspect DME equipment for damage or missing components
- Add deliveries to inventory
- Prepare and stage jobs for installation
- Maintain inventory levels for most commonly used products
- Clean and organize warehouse
- Install ramps, Stair Lifts, Vertical Platform Lifts’s, auto lifts, and assist with home remodeling for ease of access for elderly and disabled persons
- Provide service and repair to Stair Lifts, power wheelchairs/scooters, VPL’s, and other related Accessibility and Mobility related equipment that we sell/install
- Contact customers and provide in-home technical assistance
- Deliver first-rate customer service
- Project Manage complex orders
- Work with your internal team to ensure the projects are ready to be installed as envisioned and as promised

- Candidates must have a track record of reliability and ability to be at work on time, all the time
- Experience with Apple IOS is a plus as well as strong internet and data entry skills
Experience:
- At least two years' experience in residential or commercial installation of mechanical/electrical equipment, residential remodeling, or construction
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills (IOS preferred)
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Ability to pass drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background screen
- Ability to drive company vehicle to various client sites and work flexible hours as needed to complete jobs
License/Certification:
- Clean Driver's License (Required)

Salary: $47,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience)
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday - 8-5
Supplemental pay types:
- Quarterly and Annual Bonus pay based on meeting/exceeding key performance metrics
