We are seeking a dedicated and passionate floater to join our educational team. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curriculum, managing classroom activities, and ensuring the overall well-being of students. The floater will work collaboratively with staff and parents to support each child's growth and development.
Duties
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum.
- Create lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.
- Provide individualized support for children.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff through effective communication.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive classroom dynamics.
- Maintain records of student development, attendance, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share resources.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Skills
- Strong background in curriculum development tailored for early childhood education.
