We are looking for a local Billing Liaison to support nursing homes in the Minneapolis area.
This role works closely with our centralized billing team and local facility staff to help gather information, follow up on open items, and make sure billing-related issues keep moving.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the billing team and facility staff
Follow up on missing billing items or documentation
Help resolve Medicaid, insurance, and private pay follow-up items
Review open issues and assist with next steps
Visit local facilities as needed for onsite follow-up
Requirements:
Nursing home billing or business office experience preferred
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Comfortable working independently
Local to the Minneapolis area
Ability to travel between nearby facilities as needed
Pay: $25–$35/hour, based on experience
Full-time position with health insurance, dental, vision, and PTO.
