Regional Clinical Operations Manager (RDH)
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Multi-Location | Travel Required)
Lead Clinical Excellence Across a Growing DFW Dental Group
We are seeking a high-level Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) ready to step out of the operatory and into a regional leadership role. This position is ideal for someone who has already proven themselves clinically and is now ready to lead teams, improve systems, and elevate the standard of care across multiple locations.
This is not a traditional hygiene role, it is a hands-on leadership position focused on team development, operational excellence, and clinical accountability.

What You’ll Be Responsible ForClinical Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop hygienists and dental assistants across all locations
- Recruit, interview, and onboard high-performing clinical team members
- Conduct performance reviews and ongoing coaching
- Build a strong, accountable, and positive clinical culture
Training & Standardization
- Create and implement onboarding and training programs
- Develop SOPs and clinical protocols to ensure consistency
- Provide chairside coaching and lead monthly training sessions
- Elevate clinical skillsets and patient care standards across teams
Operational Excellence
- Improve daily workflows between doctors, hygienists, and assistants
- Partner with office managers to optimize patient flow and scheduling
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions across locations
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance
- Perform clinical audits and maintain inspection readiness
- Standardize sterilization and safety protocols
Inventory, Vendors & Equipment
- Oversee supply ordering and inventory control
- Standardize materials and reduce unnecessary costs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
Invisalign & Lab Oversight
- Support Invisalign workflows and case quality
- Ensure accuracy of scans and impressions
- Coordinate with labs and resolve issues quickly
Performance & Growth
- Track KPIs and clinical productivity
- Drive performance improvements across all offices
- Support leadership with strategic growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist License
- 5+ years of clinical hygiene experience
- 2+ years in a leadership, lead RDH, or management role
- Strong ability to coach, lead, and hold teams accountable
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel between DFW locations
- Valid driver’s license
- Solid understanding of OSHA and HIPAA
Preferred:
- Multi-location or group practice experience
- Experience with Invisalign and dental labs
- Familiarity with Open Dental
- Experience building training programs or SOPs
- Vendor and inventory management experience
