Linkhome Lending is seeking experienced and motivated Mortgage Loan Officers to join our growing mortgage team.
Linkhome Lending is a mortgage lender under Linkhome, providing residential financing solutions for homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate investors. We offer a wide range of loan programs, including purchase, refinance, DSCR, and other investor-focused mortgage products.
This position is ideal for licensed Loan Officers who are looking to grow their business with strong operational support and competitive loan programs.
Compensation
- 100% commission-based
- Earnings are based on individual loan production and funded volume
- High earning potential for experienced producers
Responsibilities
- Originate residential mortgage loans
- Develop and maintain relationships with borrowers, real estate agents, referral partners, and other industry professionals
- Assist clients with purchase, refinance, and investment property financing
- Guide borrowers through the mortgage application and loan process
- Collect and review required borrower documentation
- Work closely with processing, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan closings
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the transaction
- Follow all applicable federal, state, and company mortgage lending requirements
Qualifications
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license required
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer preferred
- Knowledge of residential mortgage products and loan origination
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to generate and manage your own pipeline
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
