What You’ll Do
- Deliver attentive, polished service with strong pacing and awareness
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence, including food, wine, and cocktails
- Anticipate guest needs before they’re asked
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and support staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain strong section control during high-volume periods
- Create a welcoming, memorable experience for every table

- Strong communication skills and natural guest engagement
- Ability to stay composed, organized, and efficient under pressure
