We are actively seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who thrives in LTC, SNF, Nursing Home, Rehabilitation, and Assisted Living environments and is ready to start immediately.
Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in good standing.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Nursing Home, Rehabilitation, or Assisted Living preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills.
- Experience with EMR/EHR documentation systems preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and weekends as required by the facility.
- Ability to meet all facility onboarding and compliance requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice.
- Administer medications, injections, treatments, and wound care as ordered.
- Monitor residents, perform assessments, and document changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR/EHR documentation.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care.
Bonus & Benefits + Salary
For Local:
- On W2 - $32/hr ($1,152/week) / on 1099 - $35/hr ($1,260/week)
For Travelers:
Travel LPN – W2 + Tax-Free Stipend Package
- Blended Hourly Rate: $39.00/hour
- Weekly Gross Pay: Up to $1,404/week
- Taxable Hourly Rate: $12.00/hour
- Tax-Free Weekly Stipend: $972/week for qualified travelers
OR
Travel LPN – 1099 Option
- 1099 Hourly Rate: $41.00/hour
- Weekly Gross Pay: Up to $1,476/week
