Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Tagging and restocking new products ,customizing tshirts and tshirt production for businesses , schools , sports etc
- Packaging and prepping orders for pickup or delivery
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about brands, options all all the custom products we have to offer.
- Assist with merchandising by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and maintaining an attractive store layout Folding merchandise and keeping the storefront tidy (dusting, mopping, light cleaning and organizing)
- Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and stockroom organization to ensure product availability and organize by size brand etc.
- Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, basic math calculations, and balancing registers accurately
- Thoroughly and accurately help take custom orders for products we create not limited to tshirts, hats, tumblers, promotional items and more.
- Production of items we create. Prepare, accurately place images and organize for pick up for custom orders as well as press shirts for walk ins from our diy section of the store.
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers to help their brand vision become a reality
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math principles
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory management
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
