We’re currently hiring for a Senior Manager of Asset Optimization to help shape a high-impact department operating at the intersection of data, operations, and performance strategy. This is a builder role - an opportunity to create, improve, and influence how the department evolves while delivering measurable results across a national portfolio.
In this role, you'll transform complex performance data into meaningful insights that influence operational strategy across a national portfolio. Working closely with the National Director of Asset Optimization, you'll help shape new processes, guide change initiatives, and partner with teams across the organization to improve business performance.
Success in this role comes from curiosity, sound judgment, strong communication, and the ability to create clarity where no playbook yet exists. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and are energized by building something that continues to evolve, we'd love to hear from you.
Let's grow together at Willow Bridge.
