Key Responsibilities:
- Present finance and insurance options to customers in a clear and ethical manner
- Secure and manage relationships with a wide range of lenders
- Ensure full compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with sales staff to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Accurately prepare and review all finance and lease paperwork
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance programs, rates, and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive finance and insurance (F&I)
- Proven track record of success in a high-volume dealership environment
- Strong knowledge of finance platforms such as Dealertrack and Reynolds & Reynolds
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
