We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing cases from inception through resolution while ensuring the highest standards of legal practice.

We are a worldwide M & A firm which needs stockholder derivative actions, tender offers strategy, hostile takeover and related.
Also breach of contract litigation for clients.
Bonus for successful outcomes and strategy.
Likely very high profile cases coming up that will require significant strategy and skills, for high rewards, AND MEDIA EXPOSURE.

Duties
- Represent US AND clients in litigation proceedings, including injunctions, trials and hearings.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to M & A clients as house counsel.
- Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions on behalf of clients.
- Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in litigation with a focus on M & A.
- Strong research skills with proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.

- Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail in pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
