We are seeking to hire an AT&T Account Representative to join our team. This AT&T Account Representative is primarily a sales based role and involves working directly with customers to understand their wireless needs, answer questions, and recommend solutions that best fit their communication preferences.
You will assist customers with selecting plans, exploring device options, reviewing promotions, and making account decisions while providing a professional and personalized sales experience. This position combines customer service and sales by helping customers find the right solutions while building strong product knowledge and communication skills.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Account Representative
- Connect with customers to understand their current wireless needs, usage habits, and service preferences
- Ask thoughtful questions to identify opportunities for new plans, device upgrades, and additional AT&T solutions
- Present AT&T products, services, and promotions by explaining features, benefits, and available options
- Guide customers through the sales process
- Recommend specific products to customize their experience
- Stay informed with customers and their service until activation and satisfaction of product
- Work with the team to build skills on product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions
