Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
- Deliver spa services such as waxing (body waxing and facial waxing), makeup application, and other aesthetic procedures to meet client needs.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to support their ongoing skin health.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards for all equipment, tools, and treatment areas to ensure client safety.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment options, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products that complement treatments and enhance client results.
- Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and certifications to continually improve skills and service quality.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience in skincare services such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, esthetic laser technology, and aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their aesthetic goals.
- Experience performing waxing services including body waxing and facial waxing.
- Commitment to sanitation standards, safety protocols, and client confidentiality.
- Ability to educate clients on skincare routines and recommend suitable retail products effectively.
